DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

Sliding scale rates are available and will be discussed on an individual basis.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE PLANS?

At this time, we accept many insurance plans. We will provide you with a receipt for services as needed that you may submit to your insurance if requested if we do not accept your current plan. Please inquire regarding coverage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT?

You will be charged a $60 No Show Fee if you miss an appointment without 48 hour notice of need to reschedule.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Typical therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Life coaching sessions may be shorter and more frequent in duration depending on goals being set.

ARE THE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?

Your confidentiality is extremely important and taken very seriously. Legally, under HIPAA privacy laws, we are not allowed to release your health information to anyone except in case of emergency, or if you have given your permission to do so.
